1. Cancellation policy

These terms and conditions set out the procedures for cancelling bookings made at Villa Valesca.

1.1 Non-refundable rate

​

For bookings made on a non-refundable basis, in the event of cancellation, changes or a no-show, the guest will be required to pay the full amount of the booking.
No refund will be given.

1.2 Flexible Tariff

​

For bookings made on a flexible rate, you may cancel free of charge up to 5 (five) days before your scheduled arrival date.

If you cancel within 5 (five) days of your arrival date, the full amount of the booking will be charged.

In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the booking will also be charged.

2. General terms and conditions of stay

​2.1 Check-in

​Check-in is available from 3.00 pm to 10.00 pm on the day of arrival.
Any requests to arrive outside these times must be agreed in advance with the accommodation provider and are subject to availability.

2.2 Check-out

​

​Check-out must be completed by 11:00 am on the day of departure.
Failure to comply with this time may result in an additional charge.

​

2.3 No smoking

​

The property is entirely non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited inside the villa.

Failure to comply may result in a charge for restoration and sanitisation costs.

2.4 Events and celebrations

​

Parties, private events, hen/stag parties or similar gatherings are not permitted on the premises.

​

2.5 Guest’s responsibilities

​

Guests are responsible for taking proper care of the premises and furnishings during their stay and are liable for any damage caused to the property.

​

The establishment operates in compliance with current legislation governing accommodation facilities.
